AI Impact on Human Workforce
AI has the potential to automate many routine and repetitive tasks, such as data entry, manufacturing, and transportation. However, there are still many tasks that are difficult for AI to perform, such as complex problem-solving, creative thinking, and emotional intelligence. These are areas where humans are likely to remain highly valued.
It is important to note that AI and automation are not the only factors affecting the workforce. Economic trends, globalization, and shifts in consumer demand also play a significant role in shaping the job market. While some jobs may be lost to automation, new jobs may emerge in areas such as AI development, data analysis, and cyber security.
Overall, the impact of AI on the job market is complex and multifaceted. While some jobs may be lost, it is also likely that new jobs will emerge as a result of advancements in technology. Ultimately, it is up to individuals, organizations, and policymakers to prepare for and adapt to the changing nature of work in the age of AI.

It is hard to predict the future of AI and its impact on human workforce, however it is more likely that AI will automate many tasks and this will lead to a change in the nature of how we work. While it is true that AI has the potential to automate many tasks that are currently performed by humans, it is also important to note that AI has the potential to create new job opportunities and certainly improve the efficiency of certain existing jobs. However, All industries will likely be affected and may/will explore the possibilities of adopting AI in to their workforce in areas where needed.
On the other hand, in its recent Future of Jobs Report, the World Economic Forum estimated that AI will replace some 85 million jobs by 2025. The same report, however, concluded that some 97 million new jobs would be created in the same timeframe due to Artificial Intelligence (Forbes.com, Charles S, 2022). Which is a clear indication that it is unlikely that AI will completely replace human workers.
Another reason why AI is not likely to replace human workers is because many jobs require a human touch. There are jobs that require human intervention and emotion, like the people in service sector and Human Resource, such as waiters, bartenders, customer service executives, and human resource executives, as these sectors rely heavily on interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with people. These are skills that Artificial intelligence cannot replicate, and so there will always be a need for human workers in these fields.
Further Raji Oluwaniyi in makeuseof.com illustrates 7 Reasons why Artificial Intelligence Can’t Replace Humans at Work
2. AI Can Only Work With Inputted Data
3. AI’s Creative Process Is Limited to the Data It Receives
4. AI Does Not Have Soft Skills
5. Humans Make AI Work
6. AI Is Meant to Complement Human Ability and Intelligence, Not Compete With It
7. AI Needs to Be Fact-Checked
In the next few years, AI has the probable chance to automate routine and repetitive tasks, freeing up humans to focus on more emotional, creative and strategic work. In any case, it is important for governments and organizations to proactively plan for the impacts of AI on the workforce and to develop strategies to ensure that the benefits of AI are widely shared.
In conclusion
As it's expected that AI will bring about significant changes to the job market, but it's uncertain that it will replace human labor entirely. The key to a successful transition will be to embrace the potential of Artificial Intelligence while also ensuring that its benefits are widely distributed.

Thanks for sharing a very useful topic, I think the advantages of AI include simplification, time savings, the ability loss of human jobs, a lack of creativity and emotion, and other negative aspects are some of the obstacles.
